Fast-track refurbishment of Block MH and MQ at the Ulster University Magee Campus.
The new games design building now provides a mix of specialist teaching spaces to enhance students’ learning experiences in designing, developing, and programming gameplay.
Harvey Group were responsible for the mechanical and electrical services installation.
Mechanical services installation included air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation, and the upgrade of the building management system.
Electrical services consisted of power and data systems, an induction loop, audio-visual installation, and an energy efficient LED lighting system.
